Three Heroes, preserved inside their Capsules of Eternity
We had to awaken them from their slumber...

Newborn sight.

Dave: Eyes. Still weak... from cryosleep.
Michael: Patience brothers, the waking sickness will pass.
Luke: As it must.

Strength returns
Michael: Indeed.
Luke: We can see now.
Dave: Our sight returns.

Leather-clad Woodsman
Luke: There is a reason for our awakening. Man and woman hunger once more for tales of legend.

Egyptian Wizard-King
Michael: I declare myself free of the drowsiness of cryosleep, ready to stride forth into the complexities of this new world; to immerse myself in the dyonisian and appollonion tales we might find. To nuzzle hungrily at them as a fine stallion will have at a salt lick.

Medieval Fitness Instructor with a circular saw.
Dave: Ace!

Later that day.
Dave: So in essense our traversal of this unfamiliar landscape is a mirroring of our own internal journeys? As we commit to overcoming these external obstacles, so to do we commit to overcoming the obstacles of our subconscious landscapes.
Michael: That's right Dave.

So imagined.
Michael: Imagine an egg...

A form of birthing
Michael: Then smite open that egg, that the victory of the unconscious may be set free and transport us through our challenges.
Luke: I thee hack!
Dave: I thee hew!

Trapped!
Luke: A translocation has occurred.

A discovery
Michael: Trapped by our own subconscious energies?
Dave: Made manifest as an impenetrable yet transparent dome?
Luke: There's cakes back here.

Another perspective
Michael: I comprehend our predicament now.
David: Indeed, we must beware the urge to wrap ourselves in our own petty fictions, like a comfort blanket that may smother the infant.
Luke: Or cakes too big to eat.
Michael: Then we must translocate once again.

More translocation
Luke: Let us be free! Let us as humans identify ourselves not by the differences in our stories, but by their continuities! Now push me!

Apples in motion
Dave: Luke’s gone a bit funny.
Michael: Don’t worry, this madness will soon pass. It is simply the euphoria of freedom, both physical and spiritual. Now help me push this fucking apple.

The goal
Michael: There, our destination. Two obelisks that represent Stability and Change.
Dave: Like a great big pair of black boll-
Luke: Dave!
Dave: -ards.

The finish line
Michael: We have arrived.
Luke: Our final dawn awaits us.
Dave: Past these two pillars.

The result
All: But first let's have a well-earned cuppa!
